Down-trodden Cleveland Sports Fans Unite!

Why do we do it? Every sport season’s beginning we look to our beloved Cleveland teams with hope that our cries of “next year” will ring true this year. Then one of 2 things happen. Our hopes continue to build, as in the case of the Indians and Cavs, only to be let down horribly at the end of the season. Or, as in the case of the Browns, get our asses handed to us by our long-hated rivals in the first game and we get an immediate trip back to reality. I’m tired of waiting for next year. I’m tired of watching other teams do what it takes to build a winning team, while my teams go on the cheap and basically find the young talent that will one day be the stars that knock us out of contention. That’s why we are always waiting for next year.

Hey, the Cavs are playing again…Maybe this will be our year!
