Cleveland Curse

Being a Cleveland Fan is all about “next year”

The Season of Dreams Comes to a Bitter End.

The Browns’ best season since 1994 is over, and I really feel so let down. I shouldn’t. They accomplished so much this season. But going 10-6 and not making the playoffs is no different then going 6-10. It’s just as big of a disappointment. It’s like getting a date with Scarlett Johansson, knocking her socks off, and taking her back to your place. You sweet talk her into going back to your room, and on the way back you blow the worst fart of your life and she leaves, vowing never to speak to you again.

So now that Scarlett has eluded us, what are we gonna do to get her back next year? I mean what are we going to do to get into the playoffs next year? More to the point what do we need to do?

I think RockKing at The Cleveland Sports Authority wrote a phenomenal article about the off-season situation of our beloved Browns. Anything I would say would just be reiterating what he says perfectly. While I may disagree with his blasting of the Colts at the beginning of the post because the Browns are where they are in spite of themselves, the rest of the article is without a doubt something the Browns front office should be reading and taking notes on (if not hiring him to assist Phil Savage).
